I am a certified ISSA certified personal trainer, ACTION certified personal trainer, NGA Pro Physique Competitor. I have been active and into fitness for most of my life. My experiences include training for football, basketball, boxing, and bodybuilding competitions. I specialize in endurance, fat loss, flexibility, strength training and muscular hypertrophy.

After having my daughter in 2010, I put on 40 Lbs of weight. This was due to poor dieting and a lack of exercise. It was unusual and awkward for me to be at 5’8, 200 pounds and I definitely was not content with the person that I saw in the mirror. I suffered from a low self esteem and wanted to make a change in my life. I began researching how to lose weight. Over the course of 6 months, I was able to lose 50 Lbs of weight following a strict regimen that I created on my own. At this time, I was skinny but lacked muscle definition. I was able to educate myself on how to gain more muscle mass. Furthermore, I was determined that one day I would be able to look in the mirror and be proud of myself for achieving my goals. Within a year, I competed in my first NPC physique competition in Los Angeles, California. This experience was rewarding to say the least, and I gained enough knowledge and inspiration to help others achieve their personal goals.

My passion is to help people better themselves in all aspects of their life experience. I have 5 years of experience in the fields of social services and mental health. My background in psychology aids in my ability to motivate my clients to reach their goals!

I am currently a full-time entrepreneur and fitness trainer. In August of 2016, I opened Push Universal Training Studio located on 930 N. 8th St. I have several projects that help reach out and give back to the community.

If you are ready to commit to a strict regimen and are serious about your lifestyle change, I would love to help you reach your personal goals. Let’s work!"
