Why we do it?
T.A.L. Fitness trainers have a passion to for health and well being. Everybody in the world should be exercising and choosing healthy food options. The majority of our health problems, physical conditions and mental disorders can be directly correlated to the lack of a healthy lifestyle. Diabetes, hypertension and cancer are on the top of the list for causes of death in humans. Our impulsive eating of Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs), fast foods and pizza have made our obesity rates skyrocket over the past century. This in combination with a lack of physical movement can cause the internal organs to weaken. Strengthening the heart and lungs through aerobic exercise can prevent disease and sickness. Stretching techniques, such as Yoga can prevent injury, improve posture, lower stress and promote joint mobility to name a few benefits. A lack of essential proteins and vitamin deficiencies can cause organ failures and miscommunication between the brain and the body. As mentioned above, T.A.L.
